Custom Heat Transfers Litho Polytran® Custom Heat Transfers For Textiles
Overview
Combining the benefits of Lithographic and Silk Screen printing, giving access to full tonal range and image clarity of full colour litho, as used in commercial printing. The quality of the image is sharp and is suited to reproduce photographs, pictures and transparencies where definition is paramount. An additional coating is added to allow the design to be applied to a wider range of fabrics and a white backer is applied to support the additional coating. This is an extremely popular process within the commercial and promotions market.
Principal Fabric Types
100% Cotton, 50/50 Cotton Polyester, Polyester, Acetate, Neoprene, Suede and Leather. Other fabric types are possible but testing is recommended. Complimentary fabric testing service available upon request.
Application Instructions
Temperature: 165°c
Time: 10 seconds
Pressure: Medium-Firm (30-40psi)
Peel: Cold
Wash & After Care
Fully wash and colour fast to 40°c in all popular washing products. Do not dry clean. No strong bleach or bleach detergent should be used directly on garment. Iron on reverse of fabric.
Artwork Requirements
For the very best results please supply CMYK, rastor-based artwork, preferably in Adobe Photoshop CS3 and above, with images at a minimum resolution of 300dpi (dots per inch).
