Overview
This is our most versatile transfer system and is suitable for a wide range of fabrics. The versatility of this process allows you to customise a wide range of garments and accessories with the same transfers. Utilising this process takes away the cost of having to order different processes to cover all your needs. Colours are bright and suitable for both light and dark fabrics and colours can be matched to accommodate corporate logos. From t-shirts to bags, there is very little that cannot be printed with our patented Polytran process.
Principal Fabric Types
100% Cotton, 50/50 Cotton Polyester, 100% Polyester, Acetate, Neoprene, Suede and Leather. By special request inks can be tailored to suit other substrates.
Application Instructions
Temperature: 165°c
Time: 10 seconds
Pressure: Medium-Firm (30-40psi)
Peel: Cold
Wash & After Care
Fully wash and colour fast to 40°c in all popular washing products. Do not dry clean. No strong bleach or bleach detergent should be used directly on garment. Iron on reverse of fabric.
Artwork Requirements
For the very best results please supply vector-based artwork, preferably in Adobe Illustrator CS3 and above with text saved as outlines, along with uncoated Pantone® references for colour matching purposes.
