Custom Heat Transfers Universal Opaque® Custom Heat Transfers For Textiles
Overview
Digi-Print Universal Opaque offers four colour litho printed quality on quantities as little as one with no set up charge. It can be applied to virtually all fabrics, including Nylon, Lycra®, Spandex®, Cotton and Polyester Cotton blends. The material is both PVC and Phthalate free and is therefore environmentally friendly. Opaque can be applied over seams; can be embroidered over; can be dry cleaned and has 100% stretch and a soft handle.
Principal Fabric Types
Nylon, Lycra®, 100% Cotton, 50/50 Cotton Polyester blends. Other fabric types are possible but testing is recommended. Complimentary fabric testing service available upon request.
Application Instructions
1st Fuse:
Temperature: 150°c
Time: 5 seconds
Remove clear carrier
Type of Peel: Warm Peel then cover with release paper
2nd Fuse:
Temperature: 150°c
Time: 5 seconds
Pressure: Medium-Firm (40-50 psi)
Wash & After Care
Fully wash and colour fast to 40°c in all popular washing products. Do not dry clean. No strong bleach or bleach detergent should be used directly on garment. Iron on reverse of fabric.
Artwork Requirements
For the very best results please supply CMYK, rastor-based artwork, preferably in Adobe Photoshop CS3 and above, with images at a minimum resolution of 300dpi (dots per inch).
